We are close to wrapping up another incredible school year here at Livingston Classical Academy, and for several of our students, that means many faces will be leaving our campus as high school graduates. We could not be prouder of their accomplishments, and are both sad and excited to see such talented individuals walk out of our doors. We would like to thank every member of our community as we recognize those who have graduated in what was an unprecedented time. COVID-19 has impacted our everyday lives for so long that it can be easy to forget how different the world has become. To the students who powered through virtual classes and spoke through face masks this year, we would like to give both our congratulations and thanks.
All of this year’s graduates are leaving our school with something worth celebrating, but one of those in particular is pushing on to the next step with some help from their friends at Choice Schools Associates. The Thrive Scholarship is a yearly-awarded scholarship from Choice that recognizes students who have overcome personal challenges in their pursuit of education.
This year’s award went to Abigail Louise Tracey, who embodies exactly what it means to Thrive at our school. Academic achievement, personal achievement, and positive character traits describe her time at Livingston Classical Academy perfectly. She has received this year’s award after school administration confirmed her honorable character, and has been accepted into a college or university.
Choice is honored to play a role in ensuring students have access to a high-quality education, and will continue to do so in the hopes of paying forward our families’ dedication to our community. Keep an eye out on our social media for updates on the happenings as the school year comes.
